After trying another flooring store in the area and receiving poor service that made me feel like I was a burden, I took a sample I liked into Flooring Creations and the showroom staff was incredibly helpful and efficient in finding me exactly what I needed. They were quick in sending someone out for measurements and a quote and everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. We even had a strange situation after the floor was installed and both the installer and the Owner at Flooring Creations we exceptional in helping us solve the problem. I would most definitely recommend this store and use them again in the future!
Very friendly and helpful staff, we love our vinyl flooring. Would have been better to offer delivery as the roll was over 13' long.
