Flooring Creations has taken the outmost precaution during the last year as we navigate the uncharted waters of COVID-19. This second round of lockdowns and restrictions will be no different.
Currently all staff and installers at Flooring Creations are free from infection from the current COVID-19 virus. Safety however, has always been our number one priority therefore the following changes are going to be made to ensure you and our staff remain safe.
Showroom Operations
- The showroom will be open 9am – 5pm on weekdays by appointment only. We will be open Saturdays 9am-4pm again by appointment only.
- We will also be providing curbside pickup of orders.
- We are opening the showroom again so you can see our products. However, you must book an appointment with us.
- Masks are required upon entry to our building.
- We are following the Ministry of Health guidelines and we ask that everyone respect the physical distancing measures they have put in place.
Installations
- Installations and measures will continue with those occurring in new built homes.
- All installers will wear a mask upon entering a customer’s home for quotes and installations.
Products
- Flooring will still be manufactured and sent to our showroom during the restrictions
- Flooring samples will be available at our showroom as well as direct from our suppliers. If you have a floor in mind, please contact us and if it’s in the showroom we will be happy to supply a sample.
